Our Values
Integrity
Integrity is an essential quality in the workplace and even outside of it. It defines who you are. Integrity encompasses honesty, dependability, ethics, morals, honor, and many other related qualities. In simple terms, integrity means ‘doing the right thing when no one is watching you.’
The reason why integrity is a core value at Invicti, is that it creates an environment of trust, compassion, and respect for each other.

Global
“Being global is what makes Invicti special in so many ways! I experience the benefits of working alongside colleagues from different cultural backgrounds and nationalities daily. I feel that Invicti provides an inspiring work environment, promotes global communication and collaboration, and offers an inclusive space for us to be ourselves. In my role, I get to search for talent globally, and this contributes to a greater sense of purpose and impact.”
– Veronique Amaira
Lead Global Talent Acquisition Partner
Innovative
“Of all the values, innovative is the one with which I identify the most, and it is the phrasing ‘intellectually and creatively curious’ that really speaks to me. These words remind me of the guiding tenets of Hacker Culture. The key tenet of Hacker Culture, embracing the ‘intellectual challenge of creatively overcoming limitations to achieve novel and clever outcomes’ is not exclusive to those who write code. The love of the clever, the pursuit of the novel solution to the puzzle – these things are universal, and something that I am happy to see as a core value.”
– Dan Murphy
Chief Architect
Excellent
“At Invicti, we strive to achieve excellence by putting forth our best effort in every endeavour. Undoubtedly, excellence is achieved through resilience, passion and maintaining the right mindset consistently. This does not mean that mistakes are forbidden, on the contrary, true excellence is demonstrated by taking responsibility for our mistakes, learning from them and embracing personal growth. Ultimately, our ability to persevere after setbacks helps to convert challenges to opportunities which can unleash success.”
– Jessica Azzopardi
Senior People Operations Partner, EMEA

“At Invicti, we deeply value collaboration as a core principle. We believe that by working together, leveraging diverse perspectives, and fostering a culture of open communication, we can achieve remarkable results. Collaboration fuels our innovation, enhances problem-solving, and strengthens the bonds among team members, ultimately driving our collective success.”
– Ahmet Kakıcı

“In this dynamic environment, being adaptive is not just a strategy but a mindset that permeates throughout the organization. It encourages us to be proactive, flexible, and open to change. As an employee at Invicti, I am empowered to embrace new ideas, challenge conventional thinking, and contribute to our collective growth. Invicticommuniti
A strong community is built by those who serve it. Invictians take pride in making a difference and giving back to their communities around the globe.
Martin Middle School, East Austin
This partnership exemplifies our larger mission at Invicti to make a positive impact in the communities where we live and work. As part of our commitment to giving back, we were delighted to donate 20 refurbished laptops to the Parents Alliance lab at Martin Middle School. These laptops will be instrumental in providing valuable assistance to students and parents alike, from school enrollment to immunization schedules and student portal support. By supporting initiatives like the Parents Alliance lab, we aim to empower students and families to thrive in their educational journey.

Victim Support, Malta
In line with our efforts to support meaningful community initiatives, we were honored to donate laptops to Victim Support Malta, an organization that provides confidential support to individuals affected by crimes such as domestic violence, sexual assault, cybercrime, and theft. These laptops will help connect survivors to critical legal resources, safe housing, and educational opportunities. We’re proud to support the important work Victim Support Malta does every day to help individuals heal, rebuild, and move forward.

Support and Aid for Earthquake Victims, Turkey
Our incredible Turkey team stepped up in a time of crisis to support those affected by the devastating earthquake in Hatay. They volunteered their time and energy to collect and distribute essential items—including tents, clothing, food, flashlights, blankets, and firewood. Together, they assisted their community by bringing hope and warmth to those who needed it most.
