Managing the Discovered Websites List
This document explains how to view and manage the Discovered Websites list, including actions such as:

Viewing the discovered websites list
To view the results generated by the discovery service, select Discovery > Discovered Websites from the left-side menu. This will take you to the Discovered Websites list.
Adjusting column filters
You can select which columns to display in the Discovered Websites list through the Filter Columns dropdown.
- Click the arrow next to Filter Columns, then select or deselect items in the list to include or exclude them as a column in the Discovered Websites list.
- Click Save to apply your changes.
Export to CSV
To create an export file with all items visible in the Discovered Websites list:
- Click the arrow next to Export to CSV.
- Select your preferred CSV Separator and Attribute Options.
- Click Export to CSV.
Mark as Ignored
You can mark a discovered website as Ignored to remove it from the list.
- Click the checkbox on the left to select a discovered website. You can select multiple websites to mark as Ignored.
- Click Ignore to remove the selected items from the list.
- Select Ignore to confirm the action.
The discovered websites list refreshes and the selected websites are marked as Ignored. To view all ignored websites, filter the discovered websites list by Status Equals Ignored.
Filtering the Discovered Websites list
By default, the Discovered Websites list is filtered to show only items with the status Discovered. This excludes:
- all items that have already been created as Targets
- all items that have already been marked as Ignored
Customizing the list with filters
Each column title has a magnifying glass next to it. Click on any of these magnifying glasses to show a detailed filter dialog; this will add a new field to the list of filters based on which magnifying glass you clicked.

Creating a saved filter from your view
Once you have created a useful view by customizing your filters, you can retain the view as a saved filter.
- Click the Filter icon on the right-hand side of the column titles to expand the filter bar.
- Click the Gear icon, then select Save.
- Enter a Name for your filter, then click Save As New Page Filter
A confirmation message confirms that your filter was successfully saved.
Using a saved filter
To select from your list of saved filters:
- Click the Filter icon on the right-hand side of the column titles to expand the filter bar.
- Select your filter from the list of saved filters.
Your selected filter is now applied to the Discovered Websites list.
Deleting a saved filter
- Apply the saved filter you wish to delete.
- Click the Gear icon and select Delete.
- Select Delete to confirm the action.
A confirmation message confirms that your filter was successfully deleted.
