Viewing agent commands and accessing agent logs

Invicti Enterprise On-Demand, Invicti Enterprise On-Premises

You can access information about the commands run for your scan agents for troubleshooting purposes. Invicti Enterprise also stores agent logs for the last three days which are especially useful for troubleshooting any issues with your internal agents.

This document explains how to view commands related to a scan agent and how to access logs for a scan agent.

How to view commands for an agent

  1. Select Agents > Manage Agents from the left-side menu.
  2. On the Agents page, select the relevant agent.
  3. From the Commands drop-down, select View Agent Commands.

The Commands window is displayed.

How to access agent logs

  1. Select Agents > Manage Agents from the left-side menu.
  2. On the Agents page, select the relevant agent.
  3. From the Commands drop-down, select Request Agent Logs.

  1. Click Yes to confirm the request.

  1. Once the logs are ready for download, a notification appears. Click See or the bell icon, then select the relevant notification.

  1. Click Download Logs. The download will start.
